INWARD STRENGTH

HAVE YOU EVER FELT LIKE THE WORLD WAS CRASHING. BUT YOU HAD TO TRY TO BEAT THE WORLD WITH EVERY LAST BREATH IN YOU BECAUSE OF THE LITTLE PEOPLE WHO BELONG TO YOU ARE LOOKING UP TO YOU?
WELL THIS IS WHERE I HAVE BEEN THE PAST FEW DAYS. AFTER ALMOST 4 YEARS OF CHRONIC PAIN THE SMALLEST THINGS SET THE FLARE UPS. DOCTORS MISDIAGNOSING YOU. YOU'RE UNABLE TO DO 1/2 THE THINGS YOU USE TO DO. NOBODY CALLS TO CHECK ON YOU AND YOU'RE STILL FIGHTING FOR HOPE THAT THERE WILL BE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.
 YOU MAY SPEND DAYS CRYING WITH ANXIETY ATTACKS. DON'T EVER BE ASHAMED OF THOSE TEARS THAT IS YOUR BODY RELEASING THE PAIN SO THAT YOU CAN BUILD INWARD STRENGTH.
1. CHANGE YOUR WAY OF THINKING
2. TRY MEDITATION
3. PRAYER
4. REMEMBER SOFT MUSIC AND LEVELS OF HRTZ CAN REACH THOSE INTERNAL CHANNELS
 WHATEVER IT TAKES TO REBUILD THOSE TORN WALLS DO IT!
ITS NOT EASY PUTTING THE BROKEN PUZZLE BACK TOGETHER AGAIN! JUST REMEMBER SOMEBODY STORY MAY BE WORSE THAN YOURS.
